What rule did he broke:Disconnect to avoid arrest + another language then English IC.

Additional Information:He just committed a crime and i goes after him i warned him with megaphone and he was still running.The chase was 3-4 minutes or something then i tazed cuffed and dragged him but as you can see he Disconnected before arrest.
